The Room

Private Dining

Our private dining room seats up to 24 guests in a setting that feels like a well-appointed Old Montréal residence. A dedicated room with limestone walls, walnut panelling, and a view of Rue Saint-Paul provides a warm backdrop for your occasion.

Menus are built around contemporary Canadian and Québec-inspired dishes, with seafood and grill at the centre. Wine pairings are selected from our cellar to match each course, and our kitchen can adapt plates to dietary needs with advance notice.

At the Pass

Chef's Table

For up to eight guests, the Chef's Table places you at the edge of the kitchen, where the evening's menu is built in front of you. A multi-course tasting menu changes with the market and the season, and the chef guides the table through each dish, sharing the stories behind the ingredients.

Receptions

Cocktail Receptions

For gatherings of up to 60 guests, our bar and lounge become a flowing reception space with passed canapés and a dedicated cocktail program.

Business Occasions

Corporate Evenings

From client dinners to team celebrations, Harbour Parlour offers a discreet and polished setting for business occasions. Private dining and reception formats can be combined for a full evening, and our events team coordinates timing, menus, and any special requests with precision.

All corporate events require venue confirmation; no online payment or booking is available.

Milestones

Celebrations

Birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones find a natural home in our warm, candlelit rooms. Custom menus can include personal touches, from a favourite dish to a special dessert.

Our team can arrange flowers, music, and other details with trusted local partners. The private salon can be reserved for a quieter after-dinner gathering, and all celebration requests are subject to venue confirmation.

After Dinner

Private Social Tables

For groups who wish to continue the evening with cards, our private salon can be arranged for a social Texas Hold'em table. The table is hosted in person by our staff, with no online play or wagering. We can arrange a friendly game as part of a larger private event, subject to availability and confirmation.
