The House

Three rooms. One long evening.

Harbour Parlour is arranged as three connected spaces: the Kitchen for dinner, the Bar for drinks, and the Parlour for physical poker after dark.

Kitchen

Dinner and seasonal cooking.

The Kitchen focuses on contemporary Canadian and Québec-inspired dishes, with seafood and grill as centrepieces. Seasonal ingredients and a menu that changes with the harbour's rhythm guide every plate.

Bar

Wine, cocktails and conversation.

The Bar offers Québec spirits, Canadian wines, classic and house cocktails, and zero-proof options. It is a space for lingering before or after dinner, where the room settles into a lower, easier register.

Parlour

Physical poker after dark.

The Parlour is a private card salon for in-person Texas Hold'em and social poker. All play is physical, 18+, and subject to venue confirmation.
